Up-cycled Filing Cabinet

I have had this ugly gray filing cabinet as my bedside table since we got married. Finally this weekend I decided to fix it up.



I took inspiration from H20Bungalow's cabinet. But since my father is a construction worker, he had a few other ideas.

We took spray paint from Hobby Lobby (make sure to buy matte finish and NOT glossy) and spray painted the front of the drawers and the outside.

Then, my father had a leftover slab from an old cutting board so we stained it, and then screwed it on. Voila! Cutest new side-table/filing cabinet:
