Happy Anniversary to Us

This has been one of those weeks that make you want to run away and live out your days as a hobo. School pressure, work projects, just the busyness of life was wearing me down. On Thursday I texted my husband saying "Can we have an adventure soon? You know, like a sporadic moment?" The previous week I had also expressed to him my desire for a vacation. There's something about leaving Logan and staying in hotel that is so relaxing to me. I love hotels. When I'm at a hotel, I don't worry about cleaning or being lazy because they signify relaxation and vacation.

And boy did I need that.

Yellowstone Trip 2016 // Pt. 2

 I already explained the first half of this trip in a post you can read here. Our second day we woke up to our truck bed freezing cold and a layer of ice as thick as frosting on the window. We cleaned up quickly because we had to get to the Tetons fast. When you camp in in the Tetons, it's a first come first serve basis. We didn't want to stay too far from all the stuff we wanted to do so we it booked down.

Yellowstone Trip 2016 // Pt. 1

We had the opportunity this last weekend to go to Yellowstone National Park. Both of us really love camping and we thought it would be a great way to end the summer with a bang. Originally we had friends coming with us to split gas/lodging price etc but they bailed last minute. The campsites were already paid for so we said what the heck and went anyway. *Warning* Long post with lots of pictures.
